Mini Master Gardener

 Annie loves to garden with us. She loves to help Jared go check on the vegetable garden and water it. She couldn't wait for the peas to get ready to eat.

 The one (and only) time I'm grateful that we don't have secondary water. This girl LOVES to drink strait from the hose.

Peas Water

We've started to plant the garden! It's one of my favorite times of the year. I love to watch our labors grow and more importantly I love to eat and enjoy the fresh veggies. Over President's Day weekend, Jared planted the peas. Annie helped of course and I'm pretty sure half the seeds fell into the grass...we'll have to be careful if she plants anything with smaller seeds!!!

She loved it. She checks on the peas almost everyday and this is how it usually goes:

 "Momma, peas water! peas water! peas water!" (she wants to water the peas)

 

I just can't wait to teach her how to weed!!!
