Know what's exciting!?!?

That I've officially entered my 3rd Trimester!!!

That spring is finally making it to UT!!!! Ok let's be honest. This is normal. In fact it's normal for it to still snow in April but we'll just keep our fingers crossed that we get a nice pleasant spring this year.

The first flowers to make their appearance in our otherwise dead looking yard

And I FINALLY learned how to make these!!! Mal... I'm making extra's to send your way. I may not make it before your little one makes her appearance but I wanted time to make you an assortment of cute ones :)

Korker Hair Bows!!!! This was the first one I made since she'll be born just before the 4th of July!!!

In case your curious, I found a website with terrific directions on how to make different kinds of bows. I can do flowers easy...anyone can, but bows I struggle with so I've been putting off learning how. The website is here. Now if only I can get Sally Beauty Supply to get their alligator clips back in stock!

And what do you do when you spend the weekend at a snowed in cabin with no t.v., no internet, and the only thing to do there is snowmobile? Well let's be honest, if you know me at all you know I took a project. It's not quite finished so don't judge.

Baby Girl's first Afghan!

I found the pattern while I was walking through Michael's one day and just used some yarn that I already had and found myself a project while Jared went snowmobiling for the weekend. Most of the squares where crocheted while we watched the Olympics and I weaved it together at the cabin.

And last of all.... I figured out how to make THESE for my baby shower this weekend. See you soon Mum!!!!!!!!

  3. Can't wait for the cute corker bows! I have never been able to figure out how to make those. As for alligator clips, I always order them from ebay. You can get a billion for like $5.
