4th of July!

We even got her to say, "I'm an American!" while waving this flag.

Lexie and Bonnie saving me from having to stand in the HOT sun so Annie could see the parade.

Annie was thrilled with all the necklaces that Aunt Lyndsey and her Mom gave her!

Visiting Uncle Wally's firetruck! To this day, whenever she sees one, she tells me she saw Uncle Wally and got candy!

 Playing outside with cousin Noah!

Born six weeks apart these two are finally playing with each other. It's so cute to watch!

Jared decided we needed to watch the fireworks from the mountainside this year. With so many cities close to each other you can see more than one show at a time. Let me tell you, IT'S NOT THAT COOL. I'd rather be right under them. They look so small from the mountainside that it doesn't seem like much at all. At least the sage brush kept Annie from wandering too far...

The night wasn't totally lost, we did manage to view quite a sunset.

4th of July Treat

I made this fun treat for my Activity Days girls for the month of July.

They turned out really awesome looking! I wasn't a fan of the white layer and some of the girls agreed with me that it was just too bland if eaten on it's own. As you can see, Annie was skeptical at first...

Happy 4th of July!!!

Don't you love her ruffle flag onesie!!?! The following are only a smattering of the amount of photos it took to get this shot so you could see it clearly. As you can tell...it's blurry anyway.

Layton City Parade!

Amazement at the loud fire trucks...she started yelling back at the sirens :)

I love that her and Jared are making the same face.

Happy 4th!!!!
...I just couldn't resist :)
