Kyra's Baby Blanket

So I actually made this blanket a month or so ago but I haven't had a chance to post it. It's my favorite baby blanket I've made so far. All you do is sew lines diagonally through 4 layers of flannel then cut between the lines and wash it. The end result is a super soft and way cute baby blanket!

My cousin decided she wanted an airplane themed baby shower and this print was just PERFECT!

  1. Way cute! It looks much more complicated than you make it sound. Do you put the edging on before or after you cut between the lines?

  2. Another project that shows how talented you are. Too bad there aren't any babies in my future so you could make me one! One day you'll have to show me, or put the step by step directions (and photos) on your blog so I can make them for my nieces and nephews.
